2-Week Unlimited New Student Special
Our Classes
26&2 Yoga : Classic Hatha Yoga, in 90 minute, 60 minute, and 75 minute formats. Consists of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises. First half standing poses and last half on the floor. Room is heated to 105°F, this is a hot class!
Hot Vinyasa : Flow organically with your breath and postures. Class is all-level, with options to add challenge to poses. The room is heated, 90°F - 99°F, so you will sweat a bit!
Yoga Sculpt : A fast-paced 60 minute Vinyasa based class. A flow yoga series with the use of lightweight dumbbells for an extra challenge. The room is heated, 90°F - 99°F, so you will sweat a bit!
Gentle Vin/Yin : A hybrid class of Gentle Vinyasa to Yin Yoga, come relax and unwind your day. This class starts warm (around 85°F), but progressively cools.
