Q. How can I create an account and schedule a class?

A. Simply download and book through the Siri Om Yoga App to reserve a place in each class via the Apple App or Google Play Store. You may also sign up through ”Mindbody Online“ or on the “Class Schedule” page of our website.

Q. When is the studio open? And how do I contact someone if I have questions?

A. The lobby is only open 30 minutes before and after a scheduled class, we run classes daily so be sure to check our Class Schedule page. The studio doors are locked in-between classes and while class is in session, be sure to arrive early if you are taking a class. If you are trying to contact us, our phone lines are only setup for voicemail, you can leave a message for a call back at (571) 317-0843. Q. Is it ok if I’ve never done yoga or exercise before?

A. Yes, our classes are all-levels so newcomers are welcome! If you have medical concerns, it is a good idea to check with your doctor prior to attending class. Please let the teacher know you are new to yoga and make sure to practice at your own pace.

Q. What is the studio etiquette?

  • Check-in at the front desk before all classes, you may check in on the iPad or tell the teacher your name.

  • Arrive at least 5 minutes before class. New students should arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

  • No personal belongs in the yoga room other than water, mat, towel and yoga props.

  • Please place your phone on silent upon entering the studio. No phones to be used in the yoga room.

  • Listen carefully to the teachers instructions and please observe silence while in class.

  • If you need to take a break, it’s best to sit or lie down, and join in again when ready.

Q. What if I’m pregnant, have an injury/condition, or feel unwell?

A. Please get the all clear from your doctor before attending classes. Make the teacher aware before the class. Listen to what your body is telling you and move accordingly.

Please do not practice if you have a cold or flu-like symptoms. You risk more harm to yourself as well as others around you.

Q. How hot is the yoga room?

A. Hot Hatha 26+2 or previously known as Bikram Method is around 105 F with 45% humidity. Hot Vinyasa is around 95 F with 30% humidity.

Q. How do I prepare for class?

  • Refrain from having any solid food in your stomach 1-2 hours before class starts.

  • Wear athletic clothing; that are comfortable for movement, flexibility, and sweat.

  • Bring your mat, large towel, water and any prop you may need.

  • We sell towels, water bottles to refill, water, coconut water, and electrolytes.

  • Our studio features full bathroom facilities and provide showers with filtered heads and all natural body products.
