 Frequently Asked Questions

  • We recommend that you choose the class you want to join, then create an account and pre-register for the class online. Check our schedule here an price option here.

  • Bring a Yoga Mat, Large Towel and Water to class. Yoga Mat and Towel rentals are $5/each.

    Wear athletic clothing, that allow movement and appropriate covering, but also keep in mind the room is heated.

    Some classes may require blocks, straps, or bolsters. For more information you can view the descriptions of classes on our schedule page.

  • We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before class. That will give you time to get a quick tour of our spaces so you know where everything is and get set up on your mat before class. Doors are locked when class starts. If the door is locked, we are sorry we missed you, we will see you next time.

  • Then you should definitely try yoga! Our classes are heated which helps your muscles stretch more safely and effectively.

  • Our main offering is Hot Yoga, in the styles of Hatha 26&2 and Vinyasa. The 26&2 series is offered in the classic 90 minute format, as well as 75 minute and 60 minute variations. Vinyasa includes hot vinyasa, yoga sculpt, gentle vin/yin and 26&2 blend. We also have the occasional HIIT Class and Yin Yoga.

  • Our classes are all-levels so newcomers are welcome! Try a few classes and find what you like. Let the teacher know you are new to yoga and make sure to practice at your own pace.

  • Yes! We have full amenities at the studio; including showers, bathrooms, and water fountains. We offer 15-20 minutes after class to use the facilities.

First time doing Hot Yoga?

Whether it’s your very first yoga class, first time doing hot yoga, or first time in a while you will work hard and leave feeling accomplished. Every class you take you will start to notice improvements to your mind and body. In the beginning you may feel the need to push hard, we encourage you to take is slow and focus on your breathing. Yoga is not a destination it’s a journey, and you have your whole life to practice.

Before your first class make sure you are well hydrated, avoid eating food directly before class, and pack your yoga gear. For most classes you will need a Yoga Mat, Large Towel, and Water. Wear athletic clothing you are comfortable moving and sweating in. Sign up for class ahead of time on our website and arrive early to the studio. We recommend 15 minutes before class time, this will give you time to tour the studio, meet the teacher, get settled, and feel calm before class.

In class, be mindful of you breath and follow the teacher. Try your best, and if you need to sit down a pose it’s all good. If you have any questions, let us know before or after class, we’re happy to help! Work hard but remember to have fun, it’s just Yoga.
